Medspa Assistant Manager

- Daily responsibilities include supporting Manager and working / managing the front desk
- Full-time, in-person position
- 8 to 10 hour shifts plus some weekends

Benefits/Perks of Medspa Assistant Manager:
44K – $48K base salary plus bonus potential of $5k-$10k yearly + unlimited laser and injectable treatments!
Requirements of Medspa Assistant Manager:
- Prior management history (any industry) for a minimum of 3 consecutive years
- Strong computer skills

Daily Responsibilities of Medspa Assistant Manager:
- Wear all manager hats when manager is off
- Motivate team members with ongoing sales promotions and internal contests
- Greet customers with a smile
- Resolve guest challenges
- Perform other duties such as setting up rooms for day, pulling charts and other tasks as assigned
- Scheduling instructors and other staff (many part-time and contract employees)
- Work with spreadsheets or Excel docs for calculation of revenue and profits

School Coordinator / Graduate Services

- 3 morning weekend shifts
Scottsdale only position also includes:
- 3-4 travel trips (13 days each) to work with team members for pop-up training courses in various states across the country
- Scheduling nurse and aesthetic talks
Salary:
$45k base salary with potential bonus up to $7K

Admissions Coordinator
(Scottsdale, AZ)
- Hybrid location (both in-house and remote)
- Report directly to the Admissions Director and her team of 16 sales advisors, 5 finance representatives and a few admissions support support staff (our Admissions Director has been with us for 14 years and you will absolutely love her!)
- Assume a variety of administrative tasks that the Admissions Director and others are currently performing as well as interact with different departments; the goal is to have smooth daily operations. You are an efficient multitasker and will wear many hats!
- Interact with prospective students, existing students and graduated students as well as a variety of managers and team members nationwide.
- Give occasional tours in our Scottsdale facility to perspective attendees.
