Teachers were great! So much to learn in so little time. It’s usually always easier to learn hands on but you also need some of the didactic to understand the what's and whys. Of course the more you do the better you get. It’s always better to get more hands on but considering the time involved it’s about as good as it can be. Smaller amount of people per class like max of 4 would be optimal. I really loved all of your instructors. They all had something to offer. They were all patient and personable and knowledgeable. I would’ve loved more hands on, but understand the circumstances. An online access to more helps and bullets and videos instructing techniques would be awesome! Seriously loved all of the instructors.

Online experience was interesting and I enjoyed every aspect of the didactic training. The hands on training was extremely thorough and I feel very confident in getting out in to the industry with the experience and knowledge that was provided during clinicals. I LOVED all of my instructors during my time at NLI. I feel as though I am leaving her with so many new great friends. We really got to know each other during our downtime and I felt so comfortable asking questions and learning about their firsthand experiences in their own careers and enjoyed getting some insight as to what to expect as we start our own journey.

Online was paced very well and all speakers were engaging. All the instructors where fabulous here at the Dallas campus! If we had downtime we spent it asking a variety of questions. Monica was a wealth of knowledge.

Online training was good, I think it makes it more suitable when when people are in their own homes during the online portion. I absolutely enjoyed the hands-on training and I think it's working out perfect with the way things are set up at NLI. I love every instructor & each one was very nice. Each one gave us a advice that I will keep with me in this career. We had opportunities to practice on one another & take advantage of the machines while getting more practice.

Classroom zoom meetings were easy the first day was rough due to time change and the times got confused but that being the only hiccup it was great! Hands on was a blast! I was a little nervous at first but once we got to actually use the lasers and be hands on it was easy how ever the photofacial I wish we had two days of it because I feel like one day isn't enough to grasp the science of it or even doing the procedure on someone was a little intimidating. SHANA! She was so great we actually got lucky and had her like 4 days in a row she was so awesome taught us one on one which is how I learn best. She was so easy to get along with and just a over all amazing person! LEXI she was fantastic I loved learning microneedling from her. REGINA she was great we had her for quantum and she was patient with us and all our questions and she was fun to learn from. During downtime they would have us practice on one another or we’d go around the room and ask questions we never really had any down time because our group was always either working in a client one another or asking questions.

The online part of it was okay but had to focus on for me but in person was amazing and absolutely loved it! Loved the hands on part of everything and I definitely understood what were learned on the zoom classes when I started to actually get hands on experience and actually see how everything worked. The instructors were amazing especially Shanna! She definitely helped a lot and made me understand laser hair reduction more clearly.  During downtime we would take breaks and get to go outside and get some fresh air or we would just have conversations about the equipment and learn more about it.

The online classroom was really fun! I feel like even though there was 50 almost 60 people they really made it personal with everyone and didn’t leave people out.  I LOVEEEEEEDDD in person hands-on, the teachers were amazing and really taught us a lot. I really loved all the instructors I got but I have to say Monica was my favorite, she basically let us do everything but didn’t neglect helping us. I know with Miss Shana there wasn’t a silent moment n the room which was awesome, the others asked if we had any questions but we’d still have a good convo.  Favorite staff member?  Monica !! She’s amazing !! I wish I could have had her for more than one day! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better teacher at any school than Miss Monica.

The didactic class was very good and informative. The clinical part of the program? Absolutely loved it. So much fun. The instructors? Loved them. They were incredible. Monica and Sandra were my favorite!!! But all the teachers obviously love their job and are passionate about the industry.

It was good. Great material just hard sitting for such extended periods on zoom. Of course, things have changed due to COVID. Clinicals and instructors were awesome! Hands on within hours. Learned so much!

I felt like I learned so much during my time here at NLI the tests were not hard at all they were pretty simple and I loved that! We were able to practice on so many clients I feel really comfortable with the lasers! I LOVED the instructors they all had amazing personalities and were very helpful. They made the 2 weeks for by super fast! My favs were Kellie, Jamie, Monica and Kristen! We were given breaks after we saw clients and were able to snack.

Very informative! Exactly what I needed to feel confident on my own. Very informative and lots of hands on experience. Monica, Shanna, Angela, and Alexa were my absolute favs! They were so amazing. So helpful, and willing answer any questions. Determine to make us the best for when we apply for jobs! They manage downtime with lots and lots of questions on treatments and equipment, so that we knew exactly what was going on.
