Online- each instructor did a great job explaining the information in a way that was easy to comprehend and retain for the clinical portion. Especially for only having 5 days! I felt confident with my book knowledge by the time we started clinicals. I enjoyed all of the instructors. They all showed their different methods and had great personalities. It was good to see the diversity in this industry, along with learning from people who are passionate and top class! We got to see how they interact with. I LOVED Melissa, Kellie, Crystal! They did such an amazing and thorough job going over the fundamentals along with explaining some advanced concepts if we were doing well. They are very patient and encouraging.
