From Retail to Aesthetician to Cosmetic Laser Technician

To begin, when Louis asks Natalli where she began working, she replied, “Retail. I mean pretty simple. I worked at Nordstrom, you know, all the more retail stores, but nothing that really excited me. And I knew that going to school to become an aesthetician would be the career that I love. And I love helping people.” Natalli knew that her career path was destined for the medical aesthetics world, so she took advanced laser training courses at National Laser Institute. Beforehand, Natalli went to school in, “San Diego, called Marinello Schools of Beauty…I’m pleased with the experience that I had there, but more so at National Laser Institute.”

Next, Louis inquires as to what got Natalli started in laser technologies versus strictly working as an aesthetician. Natalli replies, “It was always my dream to work with lasers. I love it. I love how advanced it is and it’s ongoing, it’s constantly changing. The medical aesthetic industry is constantly updating its laser technologies in both changes and complete advances. Moreover, taking advanced laser training courses at National Laser Institute will keep you up to date with all you need to know about cosmetic lasers.

In continuation, Louis asks Natalli if she had ever had cosmetic treatments before. Natalli replied, “I didn’t have any, but now I’ve done everything.” Oftentimes when you work in the industry, you get discounted treatments. These treatments can include a wide variety of aesthetic treatments, like fillers, Botox, or laser technologies. Not only do you get the benefit of making your clients feel their best, you also get to look and feel your best.

With this in mind, Natalli’s business is called, “Flawless Beauty Club,” and is located at Raintree and the 101 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Then, Louis inquires about the body contouring device that Natalli uses in her medspa. Natalli responds, “we do measurements and photos on the first, fifth, and the 10th treatment. So we track their progress and people lose up to 10 inches.” As a result, Louis asks, “So if somebody wants to lose inches or pounds, I assume they can call you for maybe a free zoom consultation or come in and get a consultation?” Natalli replies that clients can receive a consultation to go over which treatment would work best for them.
