Most Enjoyable Jobs 2020: What to Know
They say that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. Are you tired of waking up every day to work a job you hate? You may want to consider looking into the medical aesthetics industry. This booming field has two of the most enjoyable jobs of 2020: cosmetic laser technician and aesthetic injector.
Most Enjoyable Jobs 2020: Cosmetic Laser Technician
Over the years, cosmetic laser procedures have been growing increasingly popular. Though the technology is still relatively new, demand for these treatments continues to grow. Consumers like that they are relatively quick and pain-free. Technicians like that choosing even one or two specializations can be sufficient to maintain a profitable practice.
Most of all, however, the best thing about becoming a cosmetic laser technician is that almost anyone can do it. In most states, there are only two main requirements:
- Be 18 years old or over
- Have a high school diploma (or its equivalent, like a GED)
Still, each state has its own set of rules and regulations regarding cosmetic laser technician licensure. Depending on where you are, you may also need to undergo a certain number of supervised training hours. No matter what state you will be practicing in, proper training is critical to ensuring your clients’ safety and delivering them the results they want.
During our Online Comprehensive Laser Course, you will receive online classroom laser training with a variety of instructors and live demonstrations with several hours on each modality. Modalities include Laser Hair Removal, Photofacial, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Radiofrequency Skin Rejuvenation, Coolsculpting, Cellulite Reduction, Tattoo Removal, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening, and Microneedling. Then choose one of our nationwide locations to attend your clinicals for hands-on learning!
Most Enjoyable Jobs 2020: Aesthetic Injector
Unlike cosmetic laser technicians, aesthetic injectors must come from a medical background. Though both professions involve administering non-invasive procedures, injecting patients with cosmetic fillers requires an extra degree of care and education.
Certified aesthetic injectors can administer cosmetic fillers like Botox, Kybella, Juvederm, and more. Many aesthetic injectors are also cosmetic/aesthetic nurses. However, physicians (like dermatologists and plastic surgeons) also frequently pursue aesthetic injector certification. From a financial standpoint, offering fillers to your repertoire can only maximize your income potential as a medical professional.
During our CE/CME Online Cosmetic Injections Course, you will receive online classroom and demonstrations on Botox, dermal fillers, off label Botox and fillers, PRP, sclerotherapy, Kybella, and PDO threads. Then choose one of our nationwide locations to attend your clinicals for hands-on learning!
